Hosted Services Operations Coordinator

circa £17,500 dependant on experience

Based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire

The TeleWare Hosted Services Operations Team is a fast paced, enjoyable and rewarding work space. The Team are responsible for accepting orders from the TeleWare Sales department and co-coordinating the logistics of the customer order by assembling and delivering both TeleWare’s and third party supplier’s products into a customer solution. Attention to detail and accurate record keeping is a must in this exciting environment.

As the Operations Coordinator you will play a key role within the TeleWare Hosted Services Operations team. Working closely with colleagues and other departments you will ensure the consistent delivery of products and services to our customers. This will be achieved by ensuring orders received are processed, validated and distributed to relevant departments. You will identify customer delivery issues and rectify where possible in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the tracking of orders through to completion.

Successful candidates will:-

• Have experience in an administrative or data processing role, ideally gained within a telecoms/technology industry or demonstrate the ability to learn new processes and systems relating to the Telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrate confident communication skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships within provisioning across the business and partner network.
• Display a thorough methodical approach with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be a flexible team player who can work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment.
• Be customer focused with excellent administration, organisation and communication skills.
• Be PC literate with the ability to use standard Microsoft packages (competent skills in MS excel is important).
