What is TeleWare?

The central purpose and role of TeleWare is:

To be the leading provider of solutions that enhance the communications and productivity of mobile and location independent workers.

TeleWare is a group companies set up to support the development and delivery of intelligent communication solutions. We take these solutions from design and development, through systems integration, to delivery of services, to system support and ongoing upgrades. Services are delivered in a variety of ways, such as packaged product sales, on premises equipment or as a hosted service.

Within the TeleWare Group, different centers of excellence have been created to specialise in specific facets of these solutions. These are

  • TeleWare Enterprise Solutions – solutions for the large enterprise market
  • TeleWare Application Services – solutions delivered over the BT FeatureNet network
  • TeleWare Hosted Services – hosted applications delivered over third party networks
  • TT-Office Ltd – packaged Hosted Communications solutions
  • Private Mobile Networks – private micro GSM network solutions

TeleWare has regional subsidiaries in the Middle East and in Australia covering the Asia Pacific region.

TeleWare has certification for the quality standard ISO9001/2008 TickIT and has been awarded the Investors in People national standard for training and development of its employees to achieve its business goals.

The TeleWare Group of companies has been set up to provide a variety of routes to market and a choice of service delivery type while allowing each market segment to be fully and effectively supported. The TeleWare products can be utilised by the full spectrum of enterprise customers from the 1-10 small end of the market right through to the large multi nationals.
